质量管理工作是地质调查工作的生命线。特别是在自然环境非常恶劣的高原地区开展地质调查工作,质量管理尤其显得重要。广西地勘总院基础地质调查院自2000年至今承担青藏高原1:25万瓦石峡、阿尔金山幅区域地质调查工作,广西国土资源厅和广西地质矿产勘查局领导对广西地勘队伍参与青藏高原地质调查给予高度重视,在不同场合多次强调开展青藏高原地质调查以及确保工作质量的重要性,并在人力、物力上给予大力支持。在高原地质调查工作中,该院不断探索、不断完善,总结出一些加强质量管理的经验,保证了顶目工作的质量。该院的做法是:
Quality management is the lifeline of geological survey work. Especially in the extremely poor natural environment of the plateau geological survey, quality management is particularly important.
