党的十八届四中全会通过了《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,要把法治教育纳入国民教育体系,加强新媒体新技术在普法中的运用,提高普法实效。作为职业院校教育体系的重要构成,职业院校法治教育创新是法治教育发展的内在需求,是学生成长成才、学校科学发展的重要保障,是全面推进依法治国、建设法治社会的必然要求。职业院校法治教育创新,要转变观念,加强队伍建设,并从教育内容、教育方式创新到教育环境净化,切实推进制度保障。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Party adopted the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in Ruling the Country Governing by Law in an All-Round Way. We should include the rule of law education in the national education system, strengthen the use of new media and new technologies in popularization and improve the effectiveness of popularization. As an important component of the vocational education system, the innovation of law education in vocational schools is the inherent demand of the development of law education. It is an important guarantee for students’ growth and development and scientific development in schools. It is an inevitable requirement for comprehensively promoting governing the country according to law and building a society ruled by law. In order to innovate the rule of law education in vocational schools, we must change our concepts and strengthen the building of the contingent. We should also purify the educational environment from the educational content and methods of education to the cleanliness of the educational environment so as to effectively promote system security.
