诠释高校电子文件一体化管理之内涵,针对目前高校电子文件一体化管理之现状,利用SWOT战略分析法对高校电子文件一体化管理应用云计算进行综合评估,提出云计算环境下电子文件一体化管理顶层设计思想,构建基于电子校务云的一体化管理模型。从管理标准、技术规范、业务重组等方面加强电子文件一体化管理,使电子文件在生命周期中始终处于云端同步,为用户提供一站式服务。
This paper expounds the connotation of the integrated management of electronic documents in colleges and universities.
