应用放射免疫(双抗体-PEG 法)测定正常儿童粪便中的 SIgA 含量已有报道,本文是应用同样的方法测定正常成人(12足岁以上)的粪便中 SIgA;并进一步分析结肠炎及溃疡性结肠炎的粪 SIgA 值。
The use of radioimmunoassay (double antibody-PEG method) to determine SIgA levels in normal children’s stools has been reported in this article by using the same method for the determination of SIgA in feces of normal adults (over 12-year-olds); and further analysis of colitis and ulceration Colitis fecal SIgA value.
