用脂质体作为药物载体治疗某些寄生虫病以提高药物疗效,是很有前途的。为提高载药脂质体的靶向性,常在载药脂质体上结合特异性抗体作为生物“导弹”。本工作将抗鼠疟红细胞膜的抗体共价结合到包裹有氯喹(CQ)的脂质体上,以提高载药脂质体的疟红细胞靶向性,观察其对鼠疟红内期原虫的疗效。
