在日常生活中,人体出现不同程度的发烧是常有的事,但怎样认识和对待发烧并非人人清楚。健康人的体温为36℃~37℃。正常体温在不同个体之间略有差异,且日常机体受内外因素的影响,体温也会稍有波动。一般来说,在一天24小时内,下午人的体温较早晨稍高,剧烈运动、劳动或进餐后体温也可略微升高,但其波动范围不超过1℃。妇女在月经前及妊娠期体温稍高于平时,老年人因代谢率稍低,体温相对低于青壮年人。另外,在高温环境下人的体温也会略微升高。
