目的观察血管生成素-2(Ang-2),基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及其组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)在胰腺癌中的表达,探讨3者的表达与胰腺癌侵袭转移间的关系及3者间的联系。方法应用免疫组化染色法检测40例胰腺癌患者癌组织,20例癌旁组织中Ang-2、MMP-9及TIMP-1的表达。结果胰腺癌组织中Ang-2、MMP-9及TIMP-1阳性表达率分别为45%,67·5%及47·5%,均显著高于癌旁组织中表达水平。结论Ang-2、MMP-9在胰腺癌的侵袭与转移过程中起重要作用,并且它们之间可能存在互相诱导或是协同效应,其共位表达可能作为判断预后的指标。TIMP-1的表达随胰腺癌浸润深度增加而减少。
Objective To investigate the expression of angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase- Invasion and metastasis and the relationship between the three. Methods The expressions of Ang-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in 40 cases of pancreatic cancer tissues and 20 cases of paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive rates of Ang-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in pancreatic cancer tissues were 45%, 67.5% and 47.5%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues. Conclusions Ang-2 and MMP-9 play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer, and their mutual induction or synergistic effect may exist. The co-expression of Ang-2 and MMP-9 may be used as an indicator of prognosis. TIMP-1 expression decreased with the depth of invasion of pancreatic cancer.
