第一章总则第一条本论坛的名称是:“壹江肆城”建筑院校青年学者论坛(以下简称“论坛”)。第二条论坛是由沿长江顺流分布的四大重要城市——重庆、武汉、南京、上海的建筑院校青年学者针对长江流域城乡环境中建筑学、城乡规划学、风景园林学等三个学科的研究、教育、实践动态的互动交流研讨会。第三条论坛是由重庆大学建筑城规学院倡议,重庆大学、华中科技大学、东南大学、同济大学的建筑(城规)学院(以下简称“四所院校”)共同发起并联合主办的非营利性系列学术活动。四所院校按长江流向一年一度顺次承办,每四年为一完整周期。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 The name of this forum is: “One River Stanford City ” building academy for young scholars (hereinafter referred to “Forum ”). The second forum is composed of four major cities along the Yangtze River downstream distribution - Chongqing, Wuhan, Nanjing, Shanghai architectural academy young scholars for the Yangtze River basin urban and rural environment architecture, urban and rural planning, landscape architecture and other three Discipline research, education, practice dynamic interactive exchange seminar. The third forum is sponsored by Chongqing University Institute of Urban Planning, co-sponsored by Chongqing University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Southeast University, Tongji University (City Planning Institute) (hereinafter referred to as “four institutions”) Non-profit series of academic activities. The four institutions run the Yangtze River once in a year, one full cycle every four years.
