A dynamic ion beam enhanced deposition system consisting of a cathode vacuum arc plasma source, a negative pulse high pressure target station and a magnetic filtration system was used to immerse the 30 4L stainless steel by dynamic plasma enhanced ion beam deposition. Electrochemical and AES analyzes were performed on dynamic enhanced deposition samples with better resistance to electrochemical corrosion than non-enhanced deposition samples.
