目前对急性心肌梗塞并发的泵血功能障碍主要采用有创和无创两种方法,创伤性的介入性检查方法(如漂浮导管检查等),其检查结果准确可靠,但对急性心肌梗塞患者有一定的危险性,不易被患者接受,且受条件、技术等方面的限制。而无创血流动力学监测对患者无任何痛苦,不需搬动病人且方法简便、可靠、重复性好,易于推广。3年来我们应用无创血流动力学共监测了急性心肌梗塞138例,现报告如下:
