发展概况江苏省中药质量控制工程技术研究中心创建于2001年,是由江苏康缘药业股份有限公司(2002年股票上市)和南京中医药大学联合组建而成的高科技研究中心。为适应科学技术服务国家经济建设的需要,南京中医药大学与江苏康缘药业股份有限公司联合成立了江苏中康药物科技有限公司(简称:中康公司),中心和中康公司为一套班子,两块牌子,按现代企业制度进行运作。经营范围包括中药新药开发、指纹图谱研究、药理毒理研究、技术转让、技术培训、技术咨询和服务等。
Development Overview Jiangsu Provincial Quality Control Engineering Research Center for Traditional Chinese Medicine was founded in 2001, is a joint venture of Jiangsu Kang Yuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (2002 stock) and Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine formed a high-tech research center. To meet the needs of science and technology to serve the needs of national economic construction, Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Jiangsu Kang Yuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. jointly set up Jiangsu Zhongkang Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhongkang) and Center Kangkang Team, two brands, according to the modern enterprise system to operate. Business includes new drug development in traditional Chinese medicine, fingerprinting, pharmacology and toxicology research, technology transfer, technical training, technical advice and services.
