证券公司的融资问题一直困扰着我国管理层,也制约着证券公司的进一步发展,进而影响着我国证券市场的发展壮大.在分析证券公司现状和考察世界各地证券公司融资制度的两大模式的基础之上,认为应建立专业化的证券融资公司以适应我国证券公司发展的需要,并就此提出了若干建议.
