目的:观察分析在急性盆腔炎治疗中妇科千金片联合抗生素的临床疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析78例急性盆腔炎患者临床资料,随机分为研究组(39例)和对照组(39例),两组患者均采用常规治疗、青霉素和甲硝唑注射液治疗,研究组在此基础上加以妇科千金片治疗,对比观察两组患者临床疗效与不良反应情况。结果:研究组总有效38例(97.44%)对照组总有效32例(82.05%),两组总有效率对比,具有统计学差异意义(P<0.05);两组临床症状改善时间对比,研究组明显短于对照组,具有统计学差异意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患者均未发生严重不良反应,无统计学差异意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用妇科千金片联合抗生素治疗急性盆腔炎疗效显著,安全性高,能有效改善患者临床症状,无严重不良反应。
Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of gynecological gold tablets combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: The clinical data of 78 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into study group (39 cases) and control group (39 cases). Both groups were treated with routine therapy, penicillin and metronidazole injection. The study group On this basis to gynecological daughter gold tablets treatment, the two groups were compared clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate was 38 (97.44%) in the study group and 32 (82.05%) in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in total effective rate (P <0.05) Group was significantly shorter than the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05); during the treatment, no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Gynecology Qianjin tablets combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease has obvious curative effect, high safety and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients without serious adverse reactions.
