我们在二年级学习无机化学与定量分析的基础上,结合嘉兴绢纺厂改性腈纶纤维生产中溶剂的杂质分析,即60%氯化锌水溶液(溶解蚕丝蛋白的溶剂)中微量铁、锰、铜以及阴离子的测定。通过近一个月的分析测定工作,巩固了定量分析的知识,提高了分析问题和解决问题的能力。在改性腈纶生产中,溶剂中微量锰的存在将影响聚合的转化率及反应速率,因此要测定溶剂中锰的含量。现将测定锰的方法总结如下。
