不同原因引起的皮质盲,国内除零星报告的5例外,童绎报告中毒型菌痢与黑朦18例,其中11例为皮质盲型。但均未着重论及治疗。1984年,笔者收治二例皮质盲患者,采用复方氯酯醒治疗,效果满意。现报告如下。病例报告例1、患儿男7岁住院号27675其父代述病史,1984年6月13日晚患儿感头晕、头痛,喷射状呕吐一次。夜间高烧39.7℃,伴抽搐,昏迷。当地医院检查,T39℃,P102次/分。呼吸短促。中度昏
