农民工的权益保护问题一直都是备受社会关注的热点。随着城市经济的发展,大量农民工涌向城市,这些以农民身份跻身于城市人行列的特殊社会群体,在就业、劳动保障、工资待遇等诸多方面都与城市人口存在差异。因而他们的权益保护也面临着许多问题。农民工劳动权益受侵害情况严重,需要进行全方位的保护,不仅需要提高农民工自身的素质和法律意识,加强农民工的组织性;而且需要进一步完善法律体系,加大执法力度,建立法律援助机制,推进制度改革。
The protection of rights and interests of migrant workers has always been a hot topic of social concern. With the development of urban economy, a large number of migrant workers flock to the cities. These special social groups whose status as peasants ranks among the urban people differ from the urban population in many aspects such as employment, labor security and wages. Therefore, their rights and interests protection also faces many problems. The infringement of labor rights and interests of migrant workers is serious and requires all-round protection. It not only needs to improve the quality and legal awareness of migrant workers themselves, but also enhance the organization of migrant workers. Moreover, it is necessary to further improve the legal system, strengthen law enforcement and establish legal aid Mechanism, promote system reform.
