解放牌汽车半轴管上的螺纹(M72×1.5)磨损后,在无备件更换的情况下,我们曾采用锉刀将螺纹修复。这种方法劳动强度较高,质量差。现自制了一套车复管螺纹工具,经修复的螺纹质量满足要求,降低了劳动强度。使用时将车复管螺纹工具(见附图)套在半轴管上,螺纹导向套5带固定螺钉6的那端靠近轴壳。将刀具7的刀尖对准半轴管上螺纹中距,拧紧三个固定螺钉6。调整三个支承螺钉1,使螺纹转盘与半轴管同心。支承螺钉材料为黄铜,当螺纹转盘转动时,不致磨坏半轴管上的螺纹。转盘3-与螺纹导向套连接的螺纹与半轴管螺
