砷系有害元素,在大自然中存在非常广泛、毒性也很大,已成为农业检测机构对农产品和环境检测的必检项目之一。目前农业检测机构对初级农产品中重金属总砷的测定方法有:砷的氢化物原子荧光光度法、银盐法、硼氢化物还原比色法,由于银盐法、硼氢化物还原比色法,既耗时又耗力,而且需要大量的酸,成本较高,试剂产生的污染及试剂本底值对结果产生的干扰都较严重,所以实际操作中不适用。而氢化物原子荧光法,操作简便、用时短,但操作过程误差大,提取不完全。为了改进,采用硝酸-过氧化氢对初级农产品样品进行微波消解前处理,然后用原子荧光法对产品中总砷含量进行上机测定,方法操作简单快捷,结果令人满意。
