[目的 ]检查鲜、冻禽产品中盐酸克伦特罗的残留情况。 [方法 ]采用高效液相色谱法 (HPL C)酶联免疫吸附法(EL ISA)比对分析。 [结果 ]6 0份样品中 6份含量高于 1.0 ng/ g,最高为 6 .2 ng/ g。 [结论 ]禽产品也受到盐酸克伦特罗残留污染的威胁 ,应加强监管力度 ,保障消费者的身体健康
[Objective] To check the residual of clenbuterol in fresh and frozen poultry products. [Method] The high-performance liquid chromatography (HPL C) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) comparison analysis. [Result] The content of 6 samples in 60 samples was higher than 1.0 ng / g and the highest was 6.2 ng / g. [Conclusion] The poultry products are also threatened by the residual contamination of clenbuterol, the supervision should be strengthened to ensure the health of consumers
