素质教育注重全体学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展、和谐发展,着重培养学生的心理素质、思想素质、文化素质、能力素质等综合素质。课堂教学是实施素质教育的主渠道、主阵地。小学英语教师如何在课堂中实施素质教育呢?下面是我的做法及体会:一、发挥主导作用,明确主体意识课堂教学是教与学的双边活动,教是为了学,学的主体是学生,导的主体是教师。
