近日,驻马店市委、市政府出台了《关于进一步推进企业工资集体协商工作的意见》,对全市企业工资集体协商工作提出具体要求。《意见》指出,实行职工工资集体协商,是深化收入分配制度改革的重要手段,是建立职工工资民主共决机制的基本形式,是发展和谐劳动关系的必然要求。各级党委、政府要站在贯彻落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的高度,充分认识推进企业工资集体协商工作的重要性和必要性,
Recently, Zhumadian municipal government promulgated the Opinions on Further Promoting Corporate Collective Bargaining Work, and put forward specific requirements on collective wage bargaining for enterprises in the city. The Opinion states that collective bargaining of employees 'wages is an important means of deepening the reform of the income distribution system and a basic form of establishing a democratic and coercive mechanism for workers' wages and is an inevitable requirement for the development of harmonious labor relations.
