观察了ＹＩＧＳＫ，ＲＧＤＳ，ＲＧＤＶ，ＲＧＤＦ，ＹＩＧＳＫＲＧＤＳ，ＹＩＧＳＫＲＧＤＶ和ＹＩＧＳＫＲＧＤＦ的抗血小板聚集作用，通过比较它们的活性，发现将ＹＩＧＳＫ和含ＲＧＤ多肽偶联可增强某些化合物的抗血小板聚集活性
The anti-platelet aggregation effects of YIGSK, RGDS, RGDV, RGDF, YIGSKRGDS, YIGSKRGDV and YIGSKRGDF were observed and it was found by comparing their activities that coupling of YIGSK and RGD-containing polypeptides enhanced the anti-platelet aggregation activity of certain compounds
