采用三环节模型及现场实测数据,对胜利炼油厂催化裂化装置,进行了能量平衡和平衡计算,并对该装置的能耗情况进行了分析。认为催化装置在能量转换环节和能量回收环节有很大潜力,指出了降低再生器及能量回收系统能耗、优化换热网络以及低温热利用是装置节能的重点,并对装置节能途径进行了探讨。对其它同类装置具有借鉴意义。
The energy balance and balance calculation of the catalytic cracking unit of Shengli refinery were carried out by using the three-section model and the field measured data. The energy consumption of the unit was also analyzed. It is considered that catalytic devices have great potential in energy conversion and energy recovery. It is pointed out that reducing the energy consumption of regenerator and energy recovery system, optimizing heat exchange network and low temperature heat utilization are the key points of energy saving and discussing the ways of saving energy. .
