万向节传动装置是汽车传动部分的关节。常用的是十字轴万向节,十字轴是其中的重要零件。现生产十字轴采用20MnVB 渗碳淬火工艺,热处理跨厂,运输量大,生产周期长,十字轴加工自动线热处理前和热处理后不能连线。本试验目的是用60DTi 低淬透性能钢十字轴中频加热淬火工艺代替20MnVB 低碳合金钢十字轴渗碳淬火工艺,从而节约合金元素,减少材料费用,减少工艺时间及工艺费用,提高十字轴使用寿命,实现十万公里无疲劳磨损及剥落现象寿命提高三倍,并提高劳动生产率,使机械加工→热处理→机械加工连线等。
