我厂为突破合金钢齿轮使用寿命低的质量关键,在大连机车车辆厂等兄弟单位对中小模数齿轮沿齿沟埋油淬火的启发下,我们确定在大模数大型齿轮上试验应用这种新的齿轮表面淬火工艺方法。于1969年初开始通过广大工人、干部和技术人员密切结合,反复摸索实践,经过多次试验,不断认真总结经验教训,克服了许多困难,终于在1年试验成功了中频沿齿沟埋油淬火这种新的工艺方法。现在我厂已经在合金钢制造的直齿轮、斜齿轮和人字齿轮中得到广泛
