受各兄弟院校图书馆的委托,第十四届华东地区教育部直属高校图书馆馆长年会于1999年11月24—27日在上海交通大学召开。十六所图书馆的35名代表出席了会议;上海交大沈为平副校长、教育部高教司教学条件处李晓明处长、上海市教委高教办李进主任参加了会议并作了重要讲话;上海市高校图工委王鹤祥秘书长、杨丽锦副秘书长也应邀出席了会议。
Commissioned by the brothers and colleges libraries, the fourteenth session of East China University directly under the Ministry of Education Curator of the Librarian in November 1999 November 24-27 in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. 35 representatives of 16 libraries attended the meeting; Vice director Shen Weiping of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Li Xiao-ming, director of Teaching Conditions Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, and director Li Jin of Higher Education Commission of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission attended the conference and made important speeches. Shanghai University Secretary General of Commission of Work Wang Huxiang, Deputy Secretary-General Yang Lijin was also invited to attend the meeting.
