目的观察前列腺增生症(BPH)患者免疫功能状态。方法采用流式细胞仪对BPH患者进行外周血淋巴细胞表型分析。结果BPH患者总T细胞、TH细胞、TH/Ts比值显著下降,而NK细胞增多、淋巴细胞上人类白细胞DR抗原(HLA-DR)表达增强。结论BPH患者外周血中存在明显的免疫缺陷。
Objective To observe the immune status of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods Peripheral blood lymphocyte phenotypes were analyzed by flow cytometry in patients with BPH. Results The total T cells, TH cells and TH / Ts ratio in BPH patients were significantly decreased, while the NK cells were increased. The expression of HLA-DR on lymphocytes was increased. Conclusion BPH patients have obvious immunodeficiency in peripheral blood.
