读了张志强同志在《图书情报工作》(1990年第1期)上发表的“图书馆不宜采用ISBN查重”和阎海、张兰英同志在《图书情报工作》(1988年第1期)发表的“采用ISBN记录卡(表)建立中国标准书号查重系统初探”后,笔者有些不同的看法。多年的采访实践使笔者认识到,要克服采访过程中出现的漏订、误订、重订等现象,必须根据采访工作的特点,健全适合采访查重的目录体系。近年来随着科学技术的迅速发展,文献激增。书业市场的竞争也日趋激烈,出现了名目繁多的图书目录和五花八门的有关广告。这些
