本文介绍了新研制真三轴仪的机电液结构部件和计算机接口部件。本装置在采用混合边界加载方式时,沿垂直方向由步进电机驱动滚珠丝杠带动表面装有压力盒的刚性板,而沿两个相互垂直的水平方向用两个液压调压器控制液压并通过柔性膜片对试样加载。三个独立通道的偏主应力在加载过程中遵循设定的比值,从而实现应力(应变)路径控制。试样形变由改进的多点同时检测的光栅位移传感器实时测得。在同一装置上可实现全柔、全刚性和混合边界加载方式。整个测试过程受IBM PC/XT微型计算机的控制。
