目的 :探讨常年性变应性鼻炎患者血清与鼻分泌物中粉尘螨 s Ig E( specific Ig E)的相关性。方法 :收集常年性变应性鼻炎可疑患者血清及鼻分泌物 ,测定其中粉尘螨 s Ig E并进行分析。结果 :血清及鼻分泌物中 ,粉尘螨 s Ig E浓度及其自然对数值间具有明显的相关性。结论 :测定可疑患者血清中粉尘螨 s Ig E可较好反映局部过敏程度 ;对部分局部表现和血清 s Ig E中情况不符者 ,测鼻分泌物 s Ig E更具诊断意义
Objective: To investigate the correlation between s Ig E (s Ig E) in serum and nasal secretions in patients with perennial allergic rhinitis. Methods: Serum and nasal secretions of patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were collected, s Ig E of dust mites were determined and analyzed. Results: Serum and nasal secretions, dust mite s Ig E concentration and its natural logarithm of significant correlation. Conclusion: The determination of sEgE of dust mite in the serum of suspicious patients can better reflect the degree of local allergy. It is more diagnostic for the nasal secretions s Ig E to measure the local manifestations and serum s Ig E.
