钯金属纳米线具有很多重要的性质,在气体传感器和化学反应催化等方面具有广泛的应用.本文中首先把胰岛素多肽在70℃下培养25 h得到胰岛素纤维,然后通过经水解的氯化钯溶液和胰岛素纤维按一定比例混合获得氧化钯纳米线,并通过调节氯化钯溶液的水解温度,得到了2种尺寸的氧化钯纳米线,原子力显微镜测量结果表明纳米线的平均直径分别为7.5和20.1 nm.最后,样品在氢气环境下加热至600℃并保持2 h后自然冷却,对氧化钯进行还原得到钯金属纳米线.另外,还利用X射线光电子能谱对钯金属纳米线的化学组分进行了表征.
