目的探讨中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病的疗效。方法 30例患者按随机的原则分为治疗组和对照组两组,治疗组用西药加中药糖肾冲剂治疗,对照组单用西药治疗。两组疗程均为3个月,检测血糖及尿微量蛋白等指标。结果两组患者24h尿白蛋白排泄量,血糖,尿微量白蛋白等指标治疗组治疗后均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective To explore the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on early diabetes. Methods Thirty patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomization. The treatment group was treated with western medicine plus Chinese herbs and the control group was treated with western medicine alone. Two courses of treatment are 3 months, blood glucose and urine microalbumin and other indicators. Results 24h urinary albumin excretion, blood glucose, urine microalbumin and other indicators of treatment group after treatment were significantly improved than before treatment (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion The treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with traditional Chinese and western medicine is superior to western medicine alone.
