以3个小黑麦品种AC Certa、AC Ultima和Blue Alta为实验材料,通过测定轻度、中度及重度干旱胁迫下小黑麦的生物量、淀粉组成及淀粉颗粒形态的变化,探讨干旱胁迫对小黑麦生物量及淀粉特性影响的研究。结果表明:小黑麦生物量及淀粉特性在不同程度的干旱胁迫下变化不一,其中小黑麦的干重在中度及重度干旱胁迫下显著下降,单粒重和总淀粉含量(P<0.05)在重度干旱胁迫下分别显著下降35-46.8%和9.6-18.3%;而直链淀粉含量在中度干旱胁迫下显著(P<0.05)增加5.5-16.5%。小黑麦A、B型淀粉颗粒的比例和淀粉颗粒表面蜂窝状小孔的密度随干旱胁迫程度的加强显著增加(P<0.05),C型淀粉颗粒的比例显著下降(P<0.05)。
Three triticale varieties AC Certa, AC Ultima and Blue Alta were used as experimental materials to study the changes of biomass, starch composition and starch granule morphology of triticale under mild, moderate and severe drought stress Effects of Tamarind on Biomass and Starch Properties of Triticale. The results showed that the biomass and starch characteristics of triticale varied with different degrees of drought stress, and the dry weight of triticale decreased significantly under moderate and severe drought stress. The single grain weight and total starch content (P < 0.05) decreased by 35-46.8% and 9.6-18.3% under severe drought stress, while amylose content increased by 5.5-16.5% under moderate drought stress (P <0.05). The proportion of Triticum a, B type starch granules and the density of honeycomb holes on the surface of starch granules increased significantly with the degree of drought stress (P <0.05), while the proportion of C type starch granules decreased significantly (P <0.05).
