患者×××,男,50岁,系××农药厂灭多威车间合成岗位工人。1993年4月19日下午2时许,因将已在反应锅中合成的甲胺甲酰氯通过塑胶管放入反应锅内,由于阀门意外阻塞,塑胶管压力升高而致塑胶管破裂,大量甲胺甲酰氯从塑胶管裂口喷射而出。甲胺甲酰氯喷入患者口腔和呼吸道,沾染了颜面皮肤及双眼。患者即感颜面与双眼剧痛,遂用自来水冲洗颜面与双眼约4～5min,仍感双眼剧痛,并出现剧烈持续性咳嗽,伴胸闷气
