本文简介了近年先进小高炉使用风温水平。分析出珙县铁厂用白煤作炼铁燃料而影响高炉接受风温的原因,同时指出小高炉使用高风温不能稳定,在一定程度上受到操作水平的影响。生产实践表明,只要加强原料管理工作和提高炉内操作水平,白煤小高炉同样能接受高风温。本文还讨论了进一步提高风温的措施及效果。
This article describes the use of advanced small blast furnace temperature level in recent years. Analyze the reason why Tiexian Ironworks uses white coal as ironmaking fuel to influence blast furnace to accept wind temperature, and point out that the use of high blast temperature can not be stabilized by the blast furnace and to a certain extent, it is affected by the operating level. Production practice shows that as long as the strengthening of raw materials management and improve the operation of the furnace, white coal blast furnace can also accept high winds. This article also discusses the measures and effects of further increasing the air temperature.
