当前铁路正处于深层次改革的关键时期,和谐企业建设关系到铁路跨越式发展和广大职工的切身利益。工会是党领导下的工人阶级群众组织,是党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带,是职工合法权益的表达者和维护者。构建和谐企业离不开工会作用的充分发挥,是新时期新阶段基层工会工作的主题。
At present, the railway is in a crucial period of deep reform. The construction of a harmonious enterprise has a bearing on the rapid development of the railway industry and the immediate interests of the broad masses of workers and staff. The trade union is a working-class mass organization under the leadership of the party, a bridge and link between the party and the workers and the masses, and an expressionist and defender of the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff. The construction of a harmonious enterprise can not be separated from the full play of the role of trade unions. It is the theme of the work of grass-roots labor unions in the new phase of the new period.
