《汉穆拉比法典》中军事法规范的系统性存在,为我们研究古代外国军事法史提供了珍贵且权威的资料。通过对《法典》以调整军人权利和义务为重点的军事法条款解析,有助于我们深刻理解古巴比伦王国依法实现对军权和专制集权的统治方式,对揭示古代两河流域军事法所反映的军事统治思想具有重要意义。尤其是《法典》以维护军人权益为着力点来巩固国家军事基础,对于我国当前军事法制建设具有重大借鉴意义。
The systematic existence of military law norms in the Hammurabi Code provides precious and authoritative information for us to study the history of ancient foreign military law.
