全国船用机械标准化技术委员会(以下简称全国船机标技委)首届总结暨第二届成立大会于1994年8月30日至9月2日在山东省威海市召开。上级主管部门及该标技委委员、秘书、特邀代表共33人出席了会议。会议由首届主任委员朱遐良同志、本届主任委员孙英同志、副主任委员李维镜同志分别主持。国家技术监督局殷明汉副处长和船舶总公司科技局方志良处长参加了会议并讲了话。
The first session of the National Marine Machinery Standardization Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as the National Ship Machine Standardization Technical Committee) was held in Weihai, Shandong Province from August 30 to September 2, 1994. A total of 33 supervisors, technical committee members, secretaries and invited representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Zhu Yaliang, the first chairman, and Comrade Li Wei Jing, chairman of the current chairman Comrade Sun Ying and vice chairman respectively. Deputy Director Yin Minghan of State Bureau of Technical Supervision and Director Fang Zhiliang of Science and Technology Bureau of Shipbuilding Corporation attended the meeting and made speeches.
