现代社会随着经济和科学的不断发展已经逐步走向了人本化发展的道路。在社会的各方面都展现出人本化发展的趋势特征。在图书馆的管理和服务中也不例外,现代图书馆不仅要求使用新兴的管理技术来进行图书馆内的管理,还要以人为本的服务思想。本文主要论述现代图书馆管理与服务的人本化,希望为以后的图书馆管理和服务提供前进的方向。
With the constant development of economy and science, modern society has gradually moved to the path of humanistic development. In all aspects of society have shown the tendency of the characteristics of human-oriented development. In the library management and service is no exception, the modern library not only requires the use of emerging management techniques for library management, but also people-oriented service thinking.
