在市场经济条件下,企业的法人地位决定了企业内部的机构设置、经营机制的确立、产品的定位、管理和营销手段等必须符合市场竞争的要求,严格按照市场经济规律办事。但是,企业体制的转变,丝毫不能削弱思想政治工作的作用。看似平行的企业管理与思想政治工作却存在着水乳交融的关系。
Under the condition of market economy, the legal person status of the enterprise determines the internal organization of the enterprise, the establishment of the operating mechanism, the product positioning, management and marketing means must comply with the requirements of market competition and strictly follow the laws of the market economy. However, the transformation of the enterprise system can in no way weaken the role of ideological and political work. Seemingly parallel to the business management and ideological and political work there is a blend of water and milk relations.
