在水稻白叶枯病疫区,选用抗病品种是一项重要的防病措施。一个新品种初次引到疫区小面积试种时,对于缺乏先进鉴定手段的基层农技人员或农民来说,怎样才能鉴别它是否抗病呢?自1983年以来,我们探索并应用了一种简易接种法,即采用本地当家品种田间自然发病稻株的病叶为菌源,进行人工剪叶接种到被鉴定的品种上,以鉴定其抗性,收到了较好的效果。8年来,应用此法共鉴定水稻品种(品系)和育种材料2100余个,鉴定的准确率为92.43%,为我市水稻抗白叶枯病品种的选用提供了重要的依据。现将此鉴定方法介绍如下。
In rice bacterial blight disease area, the selection of resistant varieties is an important disease prevention measures. When a new breed is introduced for the first time into a small-area trial in an affected area, how can it be identified whether it is resistant to grass-roots agricultural workers or peasants lacking advanced appraisal techniques? Since 1983, we have explored and applied a Simple inoculation method, that is, the use of locally grown varieties of natural disease in the field of diseased leaves as the source of bacteria, inoculation of artificial cut leaves to be identified on the varieties to identify their resistance, received good results. In the past eight years, more than 2100 rice varieties and breeding materials have been identified by this method. The accuracy of the identification is 92.43%, which provides an important basis for the selection of varieties resistant to bacterial leaf blight in our city. Now this identification method described below.
