目的 研究FOXP3(Forhead box P3)在宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中的表达及与宫颈粘膜HR-HPV负荷量间的关系。方法随机抽取CIN宫颈组织150例为研究组,其中CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ各50例,HPV阴性的正常宫颈组织30例为对照组,HR-HPV负荷量采取HC2法检测,FOXP3采取免疫组织化学方法(Elivision)检测。结果 FOXP3不仅表达于宫颈上皮细胞,也表达于宫颈问质的淋巴细胞;FOXP3在上皮组织中的表达水平与宫颈病变级别密切相关,而在间质中的表达与病变级别无明显关系;FOXP3在CIN上皮组织和间质组织中的表达与宫颈粘膜HR-HPV负荷量均呈正相关关系(rs分别是:0.620、0.368,P均<0.001)。结论转录因子FOXP3与宫颈上皮内瘤变密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of FOXP3 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and its relationship with cervical mucosa HR-HPV load. Methods Fifty cases of CIN cervical tissue were selected randomly as the study group, including 50 cases of CINⅠ, CINⅡ and CINⅢ, 30 cases of HPV-negative normal cervical tissue. The HR-HPV load was detected by HC2 method. FOXP3 immunohistochemical method (Elivision) test. Results FOXP3 was not only expressed in cervical epithelial cells but also expressed in cervical interneoplasia lymphocytes. The expression level of FOXP3 in epithelial tissues was closely related to the grade of cervical lesions, but not in interstitial tissues. CIN epithelial tissue and interstitial tissue expression and cervical mucosal HR-HPV load were positively correlated (rs = 0.620,0.368, P <0.001). Conclusion The transcription factor FOXP3 is closely related to cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
