随着牧业生产和信息科技不断的进步,畜牧科技档案的应用越来越广泛,科技信息资源的需要量不断增加,畜牧资源的开发也不断受到重视。畜牧科技档案是畜牧管理的重要组成部分,对于畜牧业来说,科技档案能够记录科技活动的历史,是畜牧业科学技术成果的载体,有利于畜牧业的经济发展、经济建设。随着我国经济和科学技术水平的飞速提高,畜牧业科技档案的管理思维体制等等都发生了很大变化,这也是保证畜牧业可持续发展的因素。本文试分析畜牧科教档案管理工作的重要性及现存的问题,提出了如何构建有效的工作管理体系。
With the constant progress of animal husbandry and information technology, the application of livestock science and technology archives is more and more extensive, the demand of science and technology information resources is increasing, and the development of animal husbandry resources is also paid more and more attention. For animal husbandry, science and technology archives can record the history of science and technology activities and are the carrier of animal husbandry science and technology achievements, which is good for the economic development and economic construction of livestock husbandry. With the rapid increase of our economy and science and technology, the management thinking system of scientific and technological archives of livestock husbandry has undergone great changes. This is also the factor that ensures the sustainable development of animal husbandry. This article tries to analyze the importance of the file management of livestock science and education and the existing problems, and puts forward how to build an effective work management system.
