医院调剂室是保证药品质量的关口,除了防止发错药和配伍禁忌外,药品的卫生学情况亦非常重要。为此,我们对我院门诊西药调剂室的空间、调剂人员的手和分装后发出的药物进行了卫生学检查,现报道如下: 调剂室空间的检查:我们通过对取药处和药品分装处的空气污染情况进行检查,结果表明有不同程度的污染,其中空气细菌数分别高达3302cfu/m~3和3809cfu/m~3,均超过一般医院标准(病房细菌数<2500cfu/m~3。同时我们又对药品分装、调配、发药人员的手及分装后发出的药品进行检查。发现调配人员手的细菌数为9cfu/cm~2,发药人员的手为10cfu/cm~2,此二项也超过规定标准(医务人员手细菌数<8cfu/cm~2;
