轴流式通风机是煤矿常用的一种通风设备.用于矿井通风的轴流式风机,不仅功率大,而且长时运转,因此,它是煤矿耗电量较大的机械设备之一.过去由于一些矿井对轴流式风机等大功率设备的经济运行未引起足够重视,到目前为止,较大部份矿井还在采用五十年代的旧设备,以致这些设备长期处于低效率状况下运行,而造成电能的大量浪费.本文针对轴流式风机能量损失的一些原因作初浅的分析,并提出使之可达到经济运行的若干技术措施.
Axial fan is commonly used in coal mine ventilation equipment for ventilation shaft mine fan, not only power, but also long-term operation, therefore, it is one of coal mine power consumption of large machinery and equipment in the past Since some mines have not given sufficient attention to the economic operation of high-power axial fans and other devices, up to now, most of the mines are still using old equipment from the 1950s, so that these devices have been operating at low efficiency for a long time. Resulting in a lot of waste of electric energy.In this paper, some primary reasons for the energy loss of axial fans were analyzed and some technical measures were put forward to make them economically feasible.
