海南省海口市长城堵海防潮堤加固工程中的防潮排洪闸为松软粗砂及粘土地基,承载力达不到设计要求,采用了深层搅拌粉喷桩加固新技术。加固工程在编制概算时因缺乏粉喷桩定额,设计单位收集了有关资料,在研究和分析的基础上估列了单价。一年后海南省水利局颁发的定额中就有此定额。按此定额编制的单价与原估列的单价相差甚微。这说明采用此定额是较为合理、正确的。
