教学质量,是一个学校发展的生命线,是赢得社会、家长、学生良好口碑的名片。一个学校的教学质量与诸多因素有关,如办学条件、师资水平、学生基础、管理体制、教育环境、社会的关注程度、教学过程等。其中,最重要的一个因素是课堂教学,尤其是如何提高45分钟课堂教学绩效最为关键。提高课堂绩效,应把握好四个环节,采取七种策略,建立两种制度做保证,才能取得事半功倍的效果。
The quality of teaching is the lifeline of a school’s development, and it is a business card that wins a good reputation from society, parents, and students. The quality of teaching in a school is related to many factors, such as school conditions, teacher level, student base, management system, education environment, social concern, and teaching process. Among them, the most important factor is the classroom teaching, especially how to improve the 45-minute classroom teaching performance is the most critical. To improve classroom performance, we must grasp four aspects well, adopt seven strategies, and establish two kinds of systems as guarantees in order to achieve a multiplier effect.
