随着10多年来内镜技术的迅速发展,继传统经鼻蝶显微手术之后,内镜下经蝶垂体瘤手术逐渐成为一种新的入路选择。传统的显微镜下视野是圆锥形视野,随着解剖的深入,视野逐渐变小;而内镜提供的全景视野,则彻底改变了经蝶入路中鞍区的视野盲区。在内分泌和视力恢复率上也有一定优势。本文就显微镜和内镜辅助下的经蝶垂体瘤切除两种手术入路的研究进展做一综述。
With the rapid development of endoscopic technology over the past 10 years, the endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary tumor surgery has gradually become a new approach after traditional microsurgical transnasal microsurgery. The traditional microscope under the field of view is a conical field of vision, with the deepening of the anatomy, the field of vision becomes smaller; and the panoramic field provided by the endoscopic, it completely changed the transection of transected butterfly transects blind zone. In the endocrine and visual recovery rate also has some advantages. This article reviews the research progress of the two surgical approaches for microsurgical and endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection.
