为解决现有导弹武器装备维修保障所存在的问题,结合导弹武器装备自身的特点,基于故障预测与健康管理理论构建了七位一体的导弹武器装备健康管理体系,并对构建该体系所需的健康状态监测、评估、故障诊断、寿命预估等关键技术进行了详细介绍。通过构建导弹武器健康管理体系有利于实现武器装备由修复性维修、预防性维修向预计性维修的转变,推动导弹武器装备管理理念、维修模式、维修体制的创新。
In order to solve the existing problems in the maintenance and repair of missile weapons and equipment, combined with the characteristics of missile weaponry and equipment, a seven-in-one missile weapon and equipment health management system was constructed based on fault prediction and health management theory. Health monitoring, evaluation, fault diagnosis, life expectancy and other key technologies were described in detail. By building a missile weapon health management system is conducive to the realization of weapons and equipment from repair and maintenance, preventive maintenance to the expected maintenance of the change, to promote the concept of missile weaponry management, maintenance mode, maintenance system innovation.
