我科于1987年8月至1989年1月，用强的松龙鼻丘注射治疗了50例具有典型的临床表现的常年性变态反应性鼻炎（PAR），获得较好疗效，现报告如下。临床资料与方法1．病例选择：男34例，女14例，年龄17～68岁。其中20～50岁占40例。病程最短者半年，最长25年。患者均有常年性发作性症状：鼻痒，频发的喷嚏，清涕和鼻阻。鼻腔检查可见鼻甲不同程度水肿，色泽苍白或紫蓝色，有水样物。其中伴有卡他性鼻窦炎10例，鼻息肉3例，支气管哮喘21例，荨麻疹4例，有药物过敏史17例，阳性家族史21例，全部病例均作了血嗜伊红细胞计数，有升高者22例。
